Module 'Basic Studies of State Supervision Procedure'

xxx - Aim of the module: it is aimed that a student has basic knowledge about the state supervision procedure, of the police’s information systems and technical resources, and is prepared to use the knowledge acquired in the modules that follow.
After completing the module a student:
• knows the main terms and principles of the state supervision procedure;
• can tell the difference between supervision procedure and offence procedure;
• knows the principles of the protection of personal data and the requirements for processing the latter;
• knows the police information systems necessary for everyday work and the reasons for sending requests;
• uses technical resources needed in everyday work;
• knows how and when to use PBGB intranet and the Internet.
