To develop in the students the ability to effectively solve crisis
and conflict situations and perform crisis negotiations. |

Is able to propose measures for the solution and prevention of crisis and conflict
situations;
Is familiar with the principles of crisis negotiations and influencing of the masses;
Is able to evaluate the effect of the negotiation process on a situation and to create
the necessary environment;
Is familiar with the effect of extreme situations on psyche and is able to provide
crisis support;
Understands the nature of mourning;
Is familiar with the methods of prevention and the solutions to posttraumatic
suicidal behavior;
Is able to create an emergency aid system. |
