General description
To provide the students with the knowledge of the issues of
implementing the penal power and procedural law in the area if internal security and to
introduce to them the relevant developments of legislative drafting and the directions of
law;
Study outcome
Is familiar with the scientific treatment of the penal power and procedural law;
 Is familiar with different types and ways of legislative proceedings and with the
problems of definitions thereof;
 Is able to analyze the practical work of the executive power, to the connections
thereof with legal theory and judicial practice;
 Is able to implement legal theory and practical work;
 Is able to assess and take into account the influence of legal proceedings on the
basic rights and freedoms and on the legal interests of persons;
 Is familiar with the status quo and the developments of legislative drafting of the
penal power and procedural law;
 Is able to evaluate the situations and to council the bodies regarding the issues
related to penal power and procedural law.
