To provide the students with the knowledge of development of
the traffic system and with the ability to implement strategies of activity for the purpose
of improvement of the situation of traffic safety. |

Is able to compile programs of alleviation of a traffic accident;
Is proficient at current traffic surveillance and traffic safety techniques;
Is proficient at the methods of enhancing of traffic surveillance related work;

accidents;
Is able to cooperate with the media for the purpose of ensuring traffic safety;
Is able to evaluate the performance of the programs developed for promotion of
