To provide the students with an in-depth knowledge of the
functioning of the systems of communications and movement of information for the
purpose of solving emergency situations and supporting major operations; |

Has an overview of the system of communications and movement of information
in the area of internal security;
Is able to plan communications and the movement of information between
different structures of internal security;
Is able to predict failures of the system and to find solutions for prevention and
disposal thereof;
Has a proficient knowledge of information and communication technologies
necessary for his or her work;
Is able to use different transmitters of operational radio communications and
knows the identification codes and the signals. |
