| General description |
To provide the students with an overview of the processes
necessary for successful management and promotion of the changes in the organization
and the skill to implement the obtained knowledge upon motivation of the employees
and upon maintaining the balance of the organization. |

| Study outcome |
Is familiar with different methods of the process of efficient change management
and is able to implement them in practical work;
Is able to create a clear vision and a plan of activity for performing changes in
various stages;
Is able to efficiently communicate the changes in a perspicacious way that
ensures a single understanding of the processes for all target groups;
Is able to cope with resistance in the organization towards the carrying out of
changes by being able to involve employees in various activities;
Is able to shape the culture of the organization by way of acknowledging and
changing the attitudes and the values of the employees;
Is aware of the factors of burnout risk involved in work and possesses the
practical skills for stress management and for the prevention of burnout
syndrome. |
