To provide the students with the knowledge and the skills for
law enforcement related cooperation. |

Is familiar with the story of formation of the Schengen legal space, the goals of
creating a single legal space and the states participating in Schengen cooperation;
Is aware of the provisions pursuant to the Schengen Convention, Chicago
Convention and Dublin Convention;
Is able to implement the provisions in force in the Schengen legal space in law
enforcement related work;
Is familiar with the requirements pursuant to the Schengen border arrangement
and to the Schengen catalogue;
Is able to implement the principles of integrated border administration;
Is able to implement the principles of the single visa policy of the European
Union. |
