To shape in the students the ability to map the current
situation of the development activity of the agency, to find the bottlenecks and the
existing possibilities thereof and by way of innovation to propose ideas for further
promotion of the activity of the above agency; |

Is able to critically analyze his or her agency from the aspect of innovativeness;
Is able to formulate proposals for formation of an innovative organization;
