To provide the students with in-depth knowledge of the
nature, the threats and the consequences of illegal migration and the possibilities of
prevention and combating thereof. |

Is familiar with the goals and the principles of the management of migration
flows;
Is able to see the connections between legal migration and illegal migration and
to evaluate their mutual action;
Is familiar with the legal framework of prevention and combating illegal
migration;
Is familiar with the factors influencing illegal migration and is able to evaluate
the action thereof;
Is able to analyze illegal migration related behavior, threats and patterns and to
collect the necessary information;
Is familiar with the measures of prevention and combating illegal migration and
is able to evaluate the effectiveness and the proportionality of the implementation
thereof;
Is able to plan the activities and the resources necessary for prevention and
combating of illegal migration and for carrying out migration surveillance
pursuant to estimated migration. |
