To provide the students with the knowledge and the skills for
involving the community with the provisions of safety. |

Is familiar with the factors influencing community centered law enforcement
work, including the reforms of public administration;
Is familiar with the theories of community based law enforcement work and is
able to implement appropriate methods;
Has an overview of the guidelines of the security policy, is able to forecast the
trends in community centered law enforcement work;
Is able to evaluate the influence of the implemented methods on the safety of the
community;
Is able to cooperate with different agencies, organizations and political forces
involved in solving the problems having an affect on the safety of the inhabitants
of a community. |
