Subject 'Crisis Communication'

To provide the students with the knowledge of management of
crisis communication and with the skill to implement the above knowledge upon solving
crisis situations.

Is familiar with the principles of managing of crisis communication and knows
the rules of public presentations in an emergency situation;

Is familiar with the rights and obligations based on state legal acts in the area of
crisis communication;

Is able to manage the activity of information groups and if needed, to fulfill
different roles in the membership thereof;

Is able to organize crisis training among the target group;

Is able to analyze the information received from the crisis management centers
and to convey it adequately to different target groups;

Is familiar with the positive and the negative sides of different information
channels and is able to make choices depending on the situation and on the
information.
