To provide the students with the theoretical and the empirical
basis for understanding the irregularities of human behavior and with the skill to
implement the obtained knowledge upon the successful management of the organization

Is able to analyze leadership and management styles and the influence thereof on
the organization;

Is able to analyze himself or herself, to acknowledge his or her internal processes
and to comprehend the reasons thereof;

Is able to analyze the behavior of employees within the organization and the
nature of the factors influencing them from the psychological point of view;

Has acquired the main communication skills and self establishment measures
necessary for working with different people and target groups;

Is able to implement the supervisory and motivational skills supporting
promotion of the goals of the organization;

Is able to convey constructive criticism and to receive it;

Is able to adequately solve conflict situations by using different methods of
problem solving.
