Subject 'International and National Legal Regulation of the Area of Internal Security'

To provide the students with the knowledge of all national and
international legal acts of the area of internal security and with the skill to implement the
above acts upon coordination of the area of activity;

Is competent in international law – understands its essential nature, has an
overview of its sources and subjects, is familiar with the regulation of its internal
security branches.

Understands the legal nature of legal protection and is familiar with the principles
of legal regulation of the security, both by international and by the level of the
European Union;

Is familiar with and is able to analyze and make proposals for regulations of
different areas for the purpose of ensuring security;

Possesses the knowledge necessary for participation in both national and
international legislative drafting;

Is able to provide legal consultations in the area of internal security;

Is able to implement the requirements based on internal and international legal
acts in all the areas of internal security.
