The subject is divided into 3 parts: the 1st part is a classroom lecture, the 2nd part are the situational incident command exercises provided in computer aided virtual reality environment and the 3rd part are the situational incident command exercises provided at the Rescue school`s training field using real fire and other accident environments in limited range for visualisation.

Provide an overview and basic means of implementation of operational and tactical level incident management during the emergencies.
